# Licensing and Dealroom

> How to negotiate offers and manage your purchased media.

You will learn how to place escrow-backed bids and access the Purchased Licence Vault.

When you identify a scoop you want to broadcast, you negotiate the licence through the Agency Concord dealroom.

## Placing a Bid

    Click **Make Offer** on the desired scoop.

  <Step title="Set Your Terms">
    Enter your bid amount in GBP. The platform enforces strict limits: you cannot bid less than £5.00 or more than £1,000,000.00.

  <Step title="Lock Funds">
    Confirm the offer. The funds are immediately secured via Verro™ Escrow. The eyewitness receives an alert, but cannot access the capital until they accept the deed.

You can manage active negotiations, respond to counter-bids, or retract an unaccepted offer directly from the Dealroom dashboard.

## The Purchased Licence Vault

Once a transaction settles, the high-resolution, unwatermarked asset transfers to your Purchased Licence Vault.

This vault acts as your permanent archive. From here, you can download the raw files, view the associated cryptographic Digital Deed, and verify the chain of custody if a broadcast is ever legally challenged.
