You will learn how to export purchased media into standard newsroom wire formats. After securing an exclusive licence, you need to route the media to your editorial or broadcast teams. The Newsroom Terminal provides native, one-click exports tailored for industry-standard content management systems.

Supported Formats

From your Purchased Licence Vault, you can export media packages directly to:
  • BBC ENPS: Formats the metadata and file wrappers for seamless ingestion into the ENPS workflow.
  • AP Newsroom: Generates the specific XML manifests required by the Associated Press.
  • Reuters Connect: Packages the digital deed and media for Reuters distribution.

Exporting a Package

Select the Asset

Open the asset in your Purchased Licence Vault and click Export Wire Package.

Choose Your Format

Select your agency’s target system (e.g., AP, Reuters, ENPS) from the dropdown menu.

Download the Bundle

The system generates a packaged bundle containing the high-resolution media, the cryptographic Digital Deed, and the correctly formatted metadata XML.
You can then ingest this bundle directly into your internal newsroom systems, confident that the forensic provenance travels with the file.
